If there is an agreement regarding a service that the company offers, its ability to satisfy your company's need a second consultation will be scheduled for a more detailed discussion.

In this consultation, we will dive into the specifics of your company and the service or product it provides. I will share how and in what aspects the services offered can help your company. If you decide to move forward with service, here is where you will also be asked to submit documentation for analysis.

In this consultation, I will give you a copy of the analysis report and go over the findings of the report and my recommendation. Here (if it is necessary for your business) is where you can decide if you would like to start assessment services and choose your assessment package.

In this session, we will briefly revisit your concerns and report findings. I will then share with you the process of the assessment and the team cooperation that would be needed to complete the assessment. After the assessment, I will design a strategic plan based on the analysis reports and assessment findings. A final consultation will be scheduled.

In this consultation, I will review in detail the findings from the assessment and the combined results of the assessment and analysis reports. This information is what shapes the Strategic Plan that was specifically designed to help fix the concern regarding your company.
